Once both your online application and deposit are received, your reservation will be confirmed, and you will receive a contract along with additional instructions tailored to your specific trip.

Securing your passport is a crucial step once you confirm your commitment to international travel. Usually, passport processing takes approximately 6-8 weeks. It is imperative to recognize that applying for and obtaining a passport is a significant aspect of trip preparation, and it is your responsibility to initiate and complete the process.
Please be aware that international travel will not be permitted without a valid passport. Furthermore, several countries necessitate a passport with a validity extending at least six months beyond the planned travel dates. Hence, it is advisable to visually check the expiration date of your passport to ensure compliance with these regulations.

Participants who violate significant rules during the trip will face serious consequences, including being sent home at their own expense without refunding trip fees. This approach is in place to maintain all participants' overall well-being and safety, ensuring that everyone's travel experience aligns with the values and expectations set forth.
While organizers are typically open to addressing issues privately as they arise, the rules serve as a foundation for clear communication and understanding expectations. If a participant is unwilling or unable to comply with these guidelines, it is suggested that the trip may not be suitable for them. This policy underscores the importance of mutual respect and responsibility among all participants.

At the time of application, a $500 non-refundable deposit is made. The remaining balance can be paid in installments or entirely. The first half of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure, and the second 45 days before departure.
